Transfer of Registration

Is your company interested in exploring the possibility of transferring your existing registration to a new registrar? Companies seek to transfer their registration for various reasons. It may be due to a lack of good customer service, that you are looking for local and/or more highly qualified auditors or simply that you're looking to get a better value. No matter what your reasons are, NQA makes the transfer process simple.

Step 1: Complete the Quick Quote. Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to obtain a copy of your existing certificate, and then you will receive a quotation within 24 – 48 hours.

Step 2: Submit your signed quotation to NQA along with a copy of your last audit report including outstanding non-conformance's and associated corrective actions, any outstanding complaint regarding the existing certification and action taken, and your reasons for seeking a transfer.

Step 3: Your NQA Client Support Representative will contact you to schedule the appropriate audit activity. Typically, there is no additional audit time required. Following the successful completion of the review, your organization will be awarded an NQA certificate with an expiry date corresponding to the previous certificate.
