One of the largest and longest established certification bodies, NQA provides certification and assessment services and related training to a wide range of manufacturing, commercial and service sectors. NQA is a world–renowned registrar providing registration to a wide variety of quality management system standards and environmental system standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001, TL 9000, and ANSI/ESD S20.20. NQA holds accreditations by the ANAB and UKAS – the respective national accreditation bodies of the USA and the United Kingdom. We are also recognized by the International Automotive Task Force and the ElectroStatic Discharge Association.

NQA, USA was established in 1992 in Acton, Massachusetts. In 2001, NTS Certification Services was merged with NQA, and now operates as the NQA, USA Southeast Regional Office in Louisa, VA. In 2006, NQA, USA acquired American International Registrar in Ventura, CA giving NQA its first West coast regional headquarters.

Our auditors are located across the regions we serve, thereby providing our clients with consistent coverage, while keeping audit–related travel and lodging expenses to a minimum. Auditors are selected for their integrity, professionalism, and respect for their clients. NQA auditors have in–depth knowledge and experience of all the environments in which they work. They are not on a “witch–hunt”; their job is to conduct a comprehensive and objective third–party audit, to add value to your operation by assessing the conformance of your quality management system to your stated objectives and to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
